Due to increased Coronavirus cases across Virginia, for the safety of our citizens and employees the Sussex County Administration has announced office closures to the public from 12/21/2020 through 1/1/2020.

Due to maintenance, the Sussex General District Court will be closed on October 2, 2020

Tropical Storm Warning is in Effect for the following locations: Sussex, Waverly, Wakefield

Due to Expected Inclement Weather and the Statewide Declaration of Emergency the Sussex County Combined Courts will be CLOSED on Tuesday, August 4th.

Sussex General District Court and the Sussex Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court dockets will be cancelled Tuesday, June 23rd and Wednesday, June 24th.
