* HAZARDS: SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES CONTINUING INTO THIS AFTERNOON.

* ACCUMULATIONS: TOTAL 6 TO 12 INCHES OF SNOW...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS UP TO 15 INCHES POSSIBLE.

* TEMPERATURES: UPPER 20S TO LOWER 30S.

* WINDS: NORTH 10 TO 20 MPH...15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 TO 40 MPH AT THE IMMEDIATE COAST.

* TIMING: SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES AND GUSTY NORTH WINDS WILL CONTINUE INTO THIS AFTERNOON...BEFORE ENDING THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS: HAZARDOUS TRAVEL EXPECTED DUE TO SNOW COVERED ROADS AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
