The Sussex County Industrial Development Authority (IDA) will meet to for approval of Applicants for the Sussex County Small Business Micro-Grant Relief Program and Acceptance, Appropriation and Approval of Broadband Agreement.

A new Ordinance which amends Article V of the County Code to Allow the Use of Shotgun Slug Rifles and Modern Muzzle Loading Rifles to Hunt Deer has been adopted by the Sussex County Board of Supervisors.

On October 15, 2020, Sussex County entered into an emergency contract with James R. Jones Builder, Inc. for additions to the County's Animal Shelter, located at 14493 Robinson Road, Stony Creek, Virginia 23882.
