Sussex County Sheriff's Office Needs Your Help in Identifying a Suspect
On April 11, 2020 the Sussex County Sheriff's Office took a report of a stolen tailgate from Owen Ford in Jarratt, Virginia. The suspect took the tailgate at approximately 12:29 a.m. that morning from a truck on the sales lot next to Route 301.

The tailgate is gray in color with a dent next to the Ford emblem. The suspect appears to be a light skinned black male wearing burgundy/red sweatpants with white stripes down the leg and sandals with stripes across the foot (possibly Adidas). The Sussex County Sheriff's Office is offering a reward for the information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
