The purpose of the public hearing is to solicit input and receive comments concerning the sale of 22.293 acres of real property located at the intersection of Route 460 and Cabin Point Road and designated as Tax Parcel #7-A-7.
Due to the ongoing COVID health crisis and the limited space available due to social distancing practices, it is recommended that anyone wishing to comment on the siting agreement, may do so through written comment.

All comments must be received 3 days prior to the scheduled public hearing date.
