All comments must be received 3 days prior to the scheduled public hearing date. If attending in person face coverings will be required and social distancing measures will be followed. The public hearing will be to consider the amendment of Section 10-3 of the Sussex County Code as it relates to increasing the courthouse and courtroom security fee from $10.00 to $20.00 pursuant to Section 53.1-120 of the Code of Virginia.
